This policy describes what information we collect when you visit SuperfoodSpices.com, how we use it, and your choices about it. Plain English version: we collect very little, we don't sell anything, and we don't track you across the web.

We collect two kinds of information.

Information you give us

If you fill out our contact form, we receive whatever you put in it. That includes your name, email address, and message. We use this only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not share it with anyone else.

Contact form submissions are handled by Formspree, a third-party service. Formspree stores the submission and forwards it to us by email. Formspree has its own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard server logs. These include your IP address, the page you visited, your browser type, and the time of the visit. This is normal for any website and helps with security and basic performance monitoring.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking. We do not place advertising cookies. We do not use the site to build a profile of you.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small session cookie from Cloudflare for security purposes (bot detection, denial-of-service protection). This is functional, not advertising.

How long we keep your information

Contact form messages are kept in our email for as long as we might reasonably need to refer back to them. If you would like us to delete a message, just ask.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. To do any of those, use the contact form.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of the page and explain what changed. Significant changes may be announced on the site for a period.
